Backend Developer

Job Description

‍As a Back End Developer at Rental Network Software (RNS), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side components of our software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front-end developers, database administrators, and other team members to design and implement server-side logic and APIs.
• Develop and maintain database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our applications by implementing best practices and security protocols.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to maintain code quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
