No numbers or automated emails, when you need help an RNS representative will be there to receive your call and solve any issue.
The RNS Support Staff have been in your shoes. With previous Vacation Rental experience as either rental managers, front desk managers or bookkeepers, they understand the daily activities your face everyday. In addition to the firsthand knowledge our staff has, they are also RNS software gurus. Ready to help you and your company whenever the time arises.
Training
RNS offers many varieties of new training and continual education. Online training, the most popular, has the customer and trainer both connected to the actual RNS application via the internet. This is a live-interactive training session with a personal assigned support technician.
In-house training is also available and consists of the customer coming to the RNS office in Bradenton, FL to train one on one with a support specialist. If On-site training is the answer, than an RNS specialist will come to the customer’s place of business and train the entire staff.
New users are given complete comprehensive training sessions to ensure the customer gets the most out the RNS program. Learning how to setup owners, units and guests, search for availability, make reservations, and enter charges and payments. The training also covers the accounting/bookkeeping aspects of the software such as, checkbook reconciliation, owner statements, billings, end of month procedures etc…
