RNS offers this common practice within the RNS Program. Where at Owner Statement posting, an electronic transfer is processed and the Owner receives his check directly into his checking account. The Electronic Funds Transfer module in the RNS program creates a file at owner statement posting. Then this file is sent to your banking institution through e-mail, CD, etc. Once the bank receives the file, the money is transferred directly from your bank account to your owners’ bank accounts. Works great with e-mailing of Owner Statements!
